The communal areas were beautifully decorated, and the attention to detail. The four-course dinner was a good surprise, with each dish carefully crafted and flavorful. The mountain view outside our room was fine.

I enjoyed the individual and fine room, and the spectacular view. It had things I needed, including central heating and tea/coffee making equipment. The location was stunning and beautiful - next to the restaurant and the Bernese Oberland and Switzerland.

Fine views from the mountain location provided a nice backdrop for our adventures. The communal dining experience was a delight, especially with gourmet breakfast options that fueled our hikes. The shared bathroom situation was a bit challenging, and some amenities weren't clearly outlined prior to our stay. Though weather-dependent, we were fortunate to enjoy some very nice mountain vistas, particularly at sunrise was nice.

It was just a commendable fit for a flying visit in Wilderswil with all in all great value for money. The shared dining experience was surprisingly pleasant, especially the hearty breakfast that fueled my day in the mountains. Make sure to ask for local recommendations for hiking trails.
